Order Modification
You may change your order details (e.g., colors, dimensions, shipping address, phone number) within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours. If your order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you insist on cancellation after shipment, a fee of 30%-50% of the order amount will be charged to cover storage, preparation, and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Restocking fees may apply (see below).
Note: Items that are damaged, soiled, or used cannot be returned. Non-compliant returns will be refused.

- Customized products made to order.
- Large orders of the same product (3 or more). We recommend buying one first to confirm your choice.

How to Initiate a Return
- Email [email protected] with a description of the return reason and the item you want to return.
- We will respond within 24 hours (24-48 hours on weekends/holidays). Please check your spam folder if you don’t see our reply.
- Once approved, send the item back as soon as possible. Return shipping fees are paid by you.
- Provide us with the tracking number, tracking URL, and photos of the item in its original box.
- We will inspect the returned item within 48 hours and notify you of refund eligibility.
Refund
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and approve the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal: 1-2 days; Credit Card: 3-5 days).
- Exchange rate fluctuations may affect the actual refund amount.
- Shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
Return Address
We will provide the nearest return address based on your location after your return request is approved. Please do not send items without prior confirmation, as we will not be responsible for unnotified returns.
Restocking Fee
Restocking fees up to 100% may apply based on the return reason and item condition:
- Change of mind, returned in original condition within return period: 20% fee.
- Change of mind, returned damaged or different within return period: up to 50% fee.
- Returned after return period in original condition: up to 80% fee.
- Returned after return period damaged or non-compliant: up to 100% fee.
FAQ
The item is damaged when I receive it?
If the products you received are damaged, we will replace them for free. If you prefer to return, a restocking fee up to 35% applies. Outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
The item received is not the same as ordered?
Please check your order details first. Report wrong items within 7 days. We will send the correct product within 8 weeks at no cost. If you refuse exchange, a return fee up to 35% applies.
Can I refuse delivery after shipment?
Refusing delivery will result in a 30%-50% deduction from your refund to cover processing and shipping costs.
Returned items are damaged?
Please pack items carefully. Damaged returns are not refundable. File a claim with the carrier and notify us. We hold damaged items for 30 days.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds take up to 5 business days after approval. Contact us if you don’t receive it within this time.
Manufacturer defects?
If your item has manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zipper, faulty stitching, missing buttons), contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will offer replacement or other solutions.
